1. Free Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies arise. You may reschedule your consultation slot free of charge up to 4 hours before your booked time by contacting our WhatsApp coordinator or emailing support@vastuversity.com.
2. Cancellation & Full Refund
If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled slot, you are eligible for a 100% full refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account/UPI/Card) within 3-5 working days.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you complete your session and genuinely feel that the Acharya did not address your core life questions or provide actionable remedies, you may request either a complimentary re-consultation with our Chief Acharya or a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
