When you provide birth data (Date, Time, Place of Birth) or architectural blueprints/floor plans, this information is strictly utilized for the sole purpose of horoscope computation and Vastu analysis.
2. Information We Collect
- Customer Details: Name, phone number, email address, city of residence.
- Astrological Parameters: Date of Birth, Exact Time of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender, Marital status.
- Property Data: Property type, direction facing, architectural floor plans, photographs of the site.
- Payment Logs: Transaction identifiers processed securely via accredited payment gateways (Razorpay/UPI). We never store your full credit card numbers or banking passwords.
3. Data Protection & Security
All submitted files, audio consultation recordings, and PDF audit reports are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted exclusively to the assigned Senior Acharya and our confidential intake coordinator. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third-party advertisers.
